SteamGlove (14”)/FryerGlove (20”)
This product was developed and designed for commercial kitchen
applications where the wearer will be exposed to wet and
messy conditions below temperatures of 225F. It provides a
safe and sanitary protection while also providing the ultra
dexterity required for applications such as fryer filtration,
loading/unloading steam pans from steamers/transport cabinets/serving
lines, retherm/hot water baths, handling cases of frozen/refrigerated
products, chemical use and numerous other applications.
The
SteamGlove is available four (4) sizes (S, M, L, XL) and
two (2) lengths (14”& 20”). Additionally,
it contains a Level #5 Abrasion Resistance (ANSI3389-94),
Level #2 Puncture Resistance (ANSI105:2000), Level #1 Cut
Resistance (ANSI105:200) and made with FDA 21 CFR parts 170-199
which means that it is ideal for food handling/preparation.
SiliGlove
This product was developed and designed for commercial kitchen
applications where the wearer will be exposed to wet and
messy conditions at a temperature range between 225F to
500F. It offers safe and sanitary protection while also
providing sufficient dexterity to easily perform the task
at hand (i.e. rotisserie).
