McDonald’s
Tucker Safety Products
has worked with McDonald’s
to develop a complete Burn Injury Prevention Program designed
to reduce the risk of injury while eliminating unnecessary
additional line items, streamlining the PPE used in each
location. This Program also incorporated the use of custom
equipment stations, which have improved their employee’s
compliance level.
Wendy’s
Tucker Safety Products was called in to design and
develop a new product never conceived before. “This
has never been much of a task for Tucker in
the past 15 years when Wendy’s has asked Tucker
for special requests” Fred Jordan, Risk & Safety
Manager for Wendy’s. The request
Tucker and within 48 hours, there was a glove (that
worked) in the testing lab. This glove is now standard
product for their Grilled Chicken on the Bone Program.
Texas Department of Criminal Justice
There are sometimes great
learning experiences with specific accounts and TDCJ is one
of them. We have learned to account for the fact that their
culture is completely different than any other customer we
have. The fact that they had inmates cooking and serving food,
we had to design their products around the inmate’s life
style and make sure to secure the safety of each prisoner and
the guards.
Burger King
Tucker Safety
Products has created comprehensive Burn & Laceration
Injury Prevention Systems for Burger King. Each specific
work station has been reviewed and custom designed products
implemented in several key work areas. KFC
In 2006 KFC asked Tucker to review their new Grilled
Chicken cooking process and help them develop a protective
glove for use when removing the chicken from their 500F+
ovens. They had researched every available glove from
Lexington KY to China and beyond. When all else failed,
they called in Tucker and within 48 hours, there was a glove
(that worked) in the testing lab. This glove is now a standard
product for their Grilled Chicken on the Bone Program. |
